By accessing radiantwillow.co or purchasing the Radiant Willow 90-Day Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
The Programme
The Radiant Willow 90-Day Programme is a self-guided digital programme designed to support women navigating the transition into retirement. It includes daily content, audio tracks, workbooks, and structured guidance across four pillars: Financial, Physical, Spiritual, and Emotional.
The programme is for educational and personal development purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice. Please consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your circumstances.
Radiant Willow is not a financial advisor, therapist, or medical professional. The programme is designed to support your personal reflection and planning — not to replace professional advice.
Access & Delivery
Upon purchase, you will receive access to the Radiant Willow programme through our Kajabi platform. Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
You will have access to programme materials for a minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to update or modify programme content to improve quality.
Payment
The programme is available for a one-time payment of $247 USD or three monthly payments of $99 USD. All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Kajabi.
For payment plan purchases, subsequent payments will be charged automatically on a monthly basis. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains valid.
Intellectual Property
All content within the Radiant Willow programme — including written materials, audio tracks, workbooks, and frameworks — is the intellectual property of Radiant Willow. You may use the materials for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share programme content without written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The programme is provided "as is". While we have invested significant care in creating high-quality content, we make no guarantees about specific outcomes or results. Individual results will vary based on personal circumstances, effort, and application.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radiant Willow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the programme or website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable US law.
